     From Vision to Reality:
Isa Morgul, Founder

As a CEO or C-level executive, you’re leading in a world defined by unpredictability, societal upheaval, and economic chaos. The pace of change is relentless, and the competencies that got you here won’t necessarily take you where you need to go.

Turnover is rising. Competencies are being challenged daily. The rules of the game are rewritten overnight. To thrive in this environment, you and your team must master the art of unlearning, embrace the ability to cope with uncertainty and unpredictability, and commit to continuous self-reinvention. These are the competencies of the future—and they’re non-negotiable for leaders who want to stay ahead.

My famous opening words during coaching sessions are: “An idiot with a strategy beats a genius without one.” It’s a provocative statement, but it cuts to the heart of what separates thriving organizations from those that falter: a clear strategy, executed by the right people, in the right way.

I founded Progress Academy in 2008 to help leaders like you not just survive but thrive in this chaos. With nearly 25 years of experience coaching CEOs, boards of directors, and management teams, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to build resilience, drive growth, and future-proof organizations.

Prior to Progress Academy, I founded and led an international organization with multiple divisions across Europe. This experience taught me how to scale businesses, manage complexity, and make tough decisions in the face of uncertainty—lessons I now bring to every client I work with.

Today, I collaborate with a highly curated team of freelancers, each handpicked for their expertise and aligned with the unique needs of your organization. Together, we help you:

  • Diagnose the gaps in your strategy and team dynamics that are holding you back.

  • Refine your operations to ensure agility, innovation, and resilience in the face of constant change.

  • Nurture your most valuable asset—your people—because high turnover and disengagement can derail even the best-laid plans.

  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent to future-proof your organization.

  • Lead, manage, and communicate with strategic finesse, even when the path ahead is unclear.

  • Make savvy decisions in buying, selling, and scaling to maximize growth and market value.

  • Harness sustainable technology to drive digital transformation and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Embrace diversity to build a thriving, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.

But beyond these tactical steps, we focus on the core competencies of the future:

  • Unlearning outdated practices and mindsets that no longer serve you.

  • Coping with unpredictability and uncertainty by building adaptive leadership skills.

  • Continuous self-reinvention to stay relevant and effective in a rapidly changing world.

In my experience, I’ve seen brilliant strategies fail—not because they lacked vision, but because they lacked execution. And who executes strategy? Your people.

People are fallible. When people falter, strategies falter. That’s why a coaching culture must be at the heart of your business strategy. It’s the key to unlocking progress, resilience, and success in an unpredictable world.

As I’ve chosen to dedicate more time to writing and personal projects, I now limit my involvement to a select number of companies and projects. This ensures that I can provide the highest level of attention and value to leaders like you, focusing on quality over quantity.

My promise to you? A coaching culture that drives people progress and strategic readiness—ensuring your organization not only survives but thrives in the face of uncertainty, chaos, and constant change.

Let’s work together to turn your ambition for growth and market value into reality, even in the most unstable of times.
